Columbus Days 1-2
Arriving in Columbus for TNNA looks something like this:

Which little hints at the mass invasion of needleworkers and yarn groupies that is occuring. In fact, we were a small invasion on our plane, which hosted a cross stitch designer, a thread dyer, a needlepoint designer, and a yarn shop owner. And that’s just the ones I knew about!
I landed in Columbus with Jo from Dinky Dyes and Fran, our intrepid handler, and we made our way to the hotel with our massive amounts of luggage (containing whole tradeshow displays). Then we had to dash to the convention center to register and get ready for a group class we were teaching. The class went well. It looked something like this:

Today was setup day, which meant a bunch of hauling and hot work to convert this:

Tomorrow will be a full day with meetings and market. Hopefully we will sell bunches. There are six new designs are available, maybe I’ll post a preview tomorrow!
